During her 20 years of professional activity, she has directed and developed projects comprising more than 10,000 homes (new works and rehabilitation), 1Mm2 in tertiary uses, and managed the development of major land operations in all phases, both for the public sector  and for investors and private developers.

Partner of AREA TRADEX, previously a partner of IMAGINE ESPACIOS and director of the tertiary area of ​​private sector, partner and director of the Building Area (public and private residential) and Urbanism in Area Quatro Arquitectos SLP and OAU SL.

Has over 25 years of experience in management of real estate and construction projects. Has participated in some of the most emblematic projects in Spain.

Partner of AREA TRADEX, Sub Director General in AHORRO CORPORACION, CEO of V9 and V4 investment vehicles, Managing Director of LV SALAMANCA Ingenieros, Director of GERENS HILL and of TINSA.

Expert in the creation and management of real estate investment vehicles and in the management of construction processes.

Degrees by UPM, Master in PM / CM and PADE by IESE.

CONCHA RODRIGUEZ-CARO

Real Estate Strategy

With more than 25 years of experience in the management of real estate projects, she has structured some of the most innovative public-private investment platforms in the Spanish real estate sector.

Prior to founding Area Tradex, Concha was Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of GRUPO RIOFISA and NECSA, where she developed and managed a portfolio of €1,000M in tertiary projects.  She was also Real Estate Director of GRUPO NEINVER where she led the company’s successful international expansion.
